Reason for Return

We accept returns only if the product is not genuine or not as described in images and description. Otherwise, we do not accept any refunds.

Refund Process

Buyers must claim a refund within 7 days after the item is delivered to their address. If the 7-day deadline has passed, no return is accepted. Exceptions are made only if a product is not genuine. If an item is lost in transit, we refund up to a specific amount for non-insured parcels. If the parcel is insured by the buyer at the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within a certain number of days. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process the refund.
